WHAT KIND OF BUILDINGS DO YOU HAVE?
We build and carry an inventory of utility style buildings, lofted barn styles (with lofts above for more storage space), garages, and cabins. Our buildings range in size from 6×10 to 16×56.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?
- We offer 36 or 48-month rent-to-own options with NO credit check and NO early pay-off fee. The principal can be paid down or paid off in full at any time.
- When purchasing outright, you have the option to pay for your building in full at the time of order OR pay half at the time of order and the balance upon delivery.
DO I NEED GOOD CREDIT FOR THE RENT-TO-OWN OPTION?
We do not require credit checks for rent-to-own! We offer an affordable alternative to buying your portable building by signing a 36 or 48-month rent-to-own contract. A small security deposit is all that we need to get a building delivered to you!
WHAT ARE THE DOWN PAYMENTS FOR THE BUILDINGS?
Down payments depend on the width of the building:
- 8-wides (up to 40 ft) – $100
- 10-wides (up to 40ft) – $150
- 12-wides (up to 40ft) – $250
- 14-wides (up to 40 ft) – $750
- 16-wides (up to 40 ft) – $1,500
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN COLORS?
We have 10 urethane and 15 metal colors to choose from. You can pick colors for the siding, roof, and trim. Wood siding is chosen from the urethane colors (unless you upgrade to metal siding). Roof and trim colors are chosen from metal colors.
DO THE BUILDINGS COME FINISHED?
All buildings come as the shell only. We can add an electrical package to CUSTOM ORDERS ONLY. Electrical starts at $825 for a basic package. This cost can be added to the rent-to-own agreement.
DO YOU CUSTOMIZE BUILDINGS?
Absolutely! All our buildings are completely customizable. We have a standard placement for doors and windows, but if you would like an additional door, window, roll up, etc., we can easily accommodate. We can also add or take away just about anything you want, as long as it doesn’t compromise the integrity of the building. DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we offer FREE delivery up to 50 miles for any building located on the lot. Any delivery location OVER 50 miles is charged at $6/mile.

I ORDERED A BUILDING, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT IT TO BE DELIVERED?
Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to be delivered from the date of order. Buildings located on the lot are typically delivered in 5-10 business days. Weather and the demand of the season may affect delivery.
WHAT IS STANDARD FOR THE DELIVERY/SET UP PROCESS?
- The driver will pull up to the closest possible location on your property for delivery.
- The driver will need 2 feet of extra space plus the width of the building to maneuver it into your desired location.
- After unloading from a tilt trailer, the driver will use a mule shed mover to move the building to its location.
- If the ground is uneven, it is recommended that you get solid concrete pads. This is optional, but highly recommended (a block count will be provided to you). If you choose not to get the concrete pads, the driver will level the building up to 1.5’ with treated wooden blocks that we provide.
DO I NEED PERMITS FOR MY BUILDING?
We do not require a permit. However, please check with the city/HOA/area where your building will be located for any zoning, permits, setbacks, and/or covenants that might be necessary. If you do need permits, the city will issue them typically within a few days. We will be happy to supply you with any information the city needs to approve the permit.
CAN YOU BUILD ON-SITE?
Yes, we can build your structure on-site. Let us know if this is something you would be interested in, and we will contact you to discuss pricing. DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
We offer financing through GreenSky. You can either apply through our website at www.premierportablebuildings.us/financing, or we can process your application over the phone. Use reference number: Elite PB. Interest rates are as low as 13.99% for 84 months, with no early pay-off penalties. Once approved, you will receive a GreenSky ID.
